What's the capacity?
The Main Hall is 8.74m x 18.25m and has a maximum capacity of 250 people standing or 150 seated
The Small Hall is 7.9m x 5.5m with a capacity of 50 people seated
how many cars can park outside?
We have 26 parking spaces plus 2 disabled parking spaces outside the hall.
In addition we have an arrangement with St John's Church, which is 175m across the road, to use their grass field. This can accommodate another 20 vehicles.
is furniture provided?
Yes! We have Rectangular Tables
20 Tables - 183cm long x 76cm wide x 71cm high - seats 6 - 8 per table
Circular Tables
5 tables - 122cm diameter x 76cm high - seats 6 - 7 per table
2 tables - 152cm diameter x 71cm high - seats 8 per tables
Chairs
160 chairs - 45cm seat to ground, 80cm back height

is there disabled access?
Absolutely, in addition to 2 disabled parking spaces outside the main hall entrance we have double door access for wheelchairs or mobility scooters into both the main hall and the small hall but not the kitchen.
We have a designated disabled toilet with wide access door and a Hearing Aid Loop / sound induction loop AVX / PDA800 system in the Main Hall.

what's provided in the kitchen?
· Professional cooker, 6 hob gas and large electric oven
· Professional bain marie and heated cupboard for keeping food warm (up to 60 plated meals)
· Commercial dishwasher (washes in less than 5 minutes!)
· Hot water urn (20 litre capacity)
· Fridge freezer
· Microwave oven
· One double and one single sink
· Sufficient cutlery and crockery for around 140 guests, plus teapots, water jugs, etc.
There is a large serving hatch connecting the kitchen to the main hall, so that food can easily be passed through to waiting staff or guests.
what is the electrical capacity?
100 Amps - 17 Circuits
CAN I SELL ALCOHOL?
Any hirer wishing to sell alcohol or provide it as part of the entry ticket price must complete the Alcohol Sale Consent form and return it back to the hall manager at least 7 days before your event. You are not authorised to sell alcohol until you have received written approval from from the Hall Committee (as Licensee).
Once approved, you are free to run your own cash bar.
